Separation is the key to success.

First, the material supplied is reduced to granules sized between 8 and 12 mm by our grinding machines, and any metal adhesions are removed. Then, it passes through our sink-float tank, where it is washed and split into target plastics and residual media using a density separation process.

Next, floating and sinking fractions are dried by type and separated electrostatically. This process results in pure plastics and PO compounds for reuse.
